A versatile package suitable for babies from three months of age right up to toddlers aged four years. An email and or phone consultation can be just as effective as a home consultation and includes a similar process and the same follow up support. You will complete an intake form at the time of booking and then Tori will email or give you a call to discuss your situation in more detail and consult with you about your family’s needs. From there, she will create your plan, send it to you and give you time to read and discuss it with your partner (if applicable). Your plan will include information and advice on things like age appropriate routines, nutrition, feeding, sleep environment, naps and night sleep as well as an explanation of a couple of sleep training options that Tori feels would suit your family, if age appropriate. For babies under six months, she may not recommend sleep training as such, but will give you practical options for settling. Once you’ve read through your plan, Tori will schedule a further call to discuss the plan in detail with you over the phone. During this consultation, you would discuss options for sleep training and settling and you would decide on the sleep training method that you feel most comfortable with (if applicable, depending on age). You will receive advice on how to implement the recommendations in your plan and Tori will answer any questions you have so that you feel ready to start working on your child’s sleep. Then you will decide on a specific day you’d like to start implementing your plan and for two weeks from this day, Tori will be your number one support and guide.
Support is very flexible with this package, as you can choose to communicate via email, scheduled fifteen-minute phone calls or a combination of the two. You also have the option of adding extra support if you felt you needed Tori’s support for longer than two weeks.
