You will complete an intake form at the time of booking and then have an in depth phone or Skype consultation so Tori can get to know your family’s unique needs. After your consultation, Tori will create your personalised sleep plan, email it to you and give you time to read and discuss it with your partner (if applicable). Your plan will include information and advice on things like age appropriate routines, nutrition, feeding, sleep environment, naps and night sleep as well as an explanation of a couple of sleep training options that she feels would suit your family.
Once you’ve read through your plan, Tori will organise a day and time that suits you for her to visit. In the comfort of your own home, Tori will chat with you about your plan and answer any questions that you might have. You have the option of having Tori stay longer to assist you with implementation of the sleep training method you have chosen at nap time or bedtime. You will decide on a day when you want to begin following your plan and for two weeks from this day, Tori will be your number one support and guide.
Support is very flexible with this package, as you can choose to communicate via email, scheduled fifteen-minute phone calls or a combination of both. You have the option of adding an extra week of support if you felt you needed Tori’s guidance for longer than two weeks. You can also add on support of ‘unlimited’ text messaging for extra peace of mind.
