Comprehensive, with flexible follow up support options for one week



This package is suitable for newborns from three to twelve weeks of age. At this age there would be no formal sleep training involved but instead, Tori will equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to establish healthy sleep habits, including age appropriate settling techniques.This package is the perfect option for parents who prefer not to have a home visit or for people who do not live in Tori’s local area, as email and or phone consultations can be just as effective as home consultations and the same process and follow up support is included. You will complete an intake form at the time of booking and then Tori will call or email you to touch base and get to know you and your child a little better. After your discussion and from the information you provide on the intake form, Tori will design a personalised sleep assessment and plan for you and your child and then send it to you to give you time to read and discuss it with your partner (if applicable). It will include information and advice on things like age appropriate routines, feeding, sleep environment, naps and night sleep as well as an explanation on age appropriate settling techniques. Once you’ve read through your plan, you will communicate with Tori via email or discuss the plan over the phone with a scheduled call. Tori will give you tips on how to implement her recommendations and she can answer any questions so that you feel ready to start working on setting up great sleep habits for your child. For one week from when you receive your plan, Tori will be your number one support and guide. Support is very flexible with this package, as you can choose to communicate via email, scheduled 15-minute phone calls or a combination of both.

You also have the option of adding extra support if you felt you needed Tori for longer than one week, if you’d like her to visit you in your home to help you with settling your newborn.


  • Detailed sleep assessment and sleep plan based on your family’s needs
  • Review of your activity logs approximately every 24 hours or whenever Tori receives them from you, with feedback and advice going forward
